  • Accommodation / Stays & Food: Managed and provided by The Mainalon Refuge

  • Beverage Services: Managed and provided by Multiverse Events

  • Promotional products, food or services provided by Promotional partners

ENTHEUM E.E. is not responsible for:

  • Accommodation services, policies, or availability

  • Food & beverage quality, safety, or service

  • Any third-party products, service and delivery

Each partner operates under their own terms and legal responsibilities.

Compliance with Greek Law

All operations are conducted in accordance with:

  • Applicable Greek tax (IRS) regulations

  • Commercial and consumer protection laws

  • Applicable EU regulations, including GDPR

Invoices and receipts are issued where applicable in accordance with Greek legal requirements.

Event Participation & Liability

Participation in festival activities is voluntary.

By attending, you acknowledge that:

  • Certain activities may involve physical or environmental risks

  • You participate at your own risk and responsibility

ENTHEUM E.E. is not liable for:

  • Personal injury or accidents during, before or after activities

  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings

  • Issues arising from services provided by third-party partners

Participants are expected to:

  • Follow precaution, and all on-site safety precautions and instructions.

  • Respect nature, the facilities, and fellow attendees.

Health & Safety

On-site safety measures are implemented in collaboration with event partners.

However:

  • Responsibility for accommodation safety, food safety & hygiene, lies with The Mainalon Refuge

  • Responsibility for beverage-alcoholic safety lies with Multiverse Events

  • Responsibility for athletic events lies with the respective partners.

You have the responsibility of informing the relevant provider for:

  • Allergies

  • Medical conditions

E‑Shop Purchases

a. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate

  • Quality is as described

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

b. Pricing

  • Prices are listed in Euro (€)

  • Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on product display

  • ENTHEUM E.E. reserves the right to update prices at any time

c. Return & Refund Policy (E‑Shop)

Customers have the right to return products under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from delivery

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Event Cancellation & Third-Party Services Disclaimer

a. Event Cancellation Due to Weather / Force Majeure

The Arcadiq Mainalon Mountain Festival is an outdoor event, and therefore subject to weather and environmental conditions.

ENTHEUM E.E. reserves the right to:

  • Modify, postpone, or cancel the event (in whole or in part)

  • At any time, if deemed necessary for safety reasons or due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Natural events

    • Government restrictions

    • Force majeure

In such cases:

  • Participants acknowledge that no compensation is provided for indirect costs, including but not limited to:

    • Travel expenses (transportation, flights, fuel, etc.)

    • Accommodation costs

    • Product or Services at site for promotion or sale

    • Other personal arrangements

b. Limitation of Liability for Travel & Personal Arrangements

ENTHEUM E.E. shall not be held responsible for:

  • Any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by participants

  • Any losses resulting from event cancellation, delay, or modification

Participants are strongly encouraged to:

  • Make flexible travel arrangements

  • Consider travel insurance, where appropriate

c. Accommodation Disclaimer

ENTHEUM E.E.:

  • Acts solely as a facilitator and co-producer, and

  • Bears no responsibility or liability for:

    • Accommodation conditions

    • Service quality

    • Availability or booking issues

    • Guest satisfaction or disputes

Any issues related to accommodation must be addressed directly with The Refuge or the respective accommodation partner.

d. Role of ENTHEUM E.E.

ENTHEUM E.E. operates as:

  • Co-producer and promoter of the event

  • A facilitator of the overall experience

We do not directly operate or control third-party services.
